Get Gorgeous Green Smoothie

Hi Everyone!! I just purchased the Nutri Bullet & I LOVE it! I had wanted a Vitamix but, at $500, I figured Id have to save up.

I saw someone blogging about the Nutri Bullet & that piqued my interest. I saw that its just like a Vitamix, meaning it pulverizes all your fruits and veggies into a smoothie texture. So you can drink your greens!

I purchased mine at Target for $89. They are having a sale this weekend.
I got it home and while at first I thought it would be too small…I was wrong.

Everything blended quick, easy, effortlessly and was so smooth and delicious.
I was stuffed! I could not drink anymore and I have a huge appetite.

My smoothie made about an 8oz glass.
I am currently eating low carb so I made my smoothie without fruit.

Here is my recipe below:
-Handful of spinach
-Some chopped up celery
-Flax seed
-coconut oil
-unsweetened almond milk
-2 ice cubes

Thats it! I am so stuffed I cannot believe it!! I am hoping to have a detox day of smoothies. I’ll post pics and that next with my results!

Delicious Healthy Anytime Eating!!

One of my new favorite things to eat, is so unbelievably easy to make, it shocks even me! It's so filling, healthy, low carb & guaranteed to have you skinny & flat tummied stat!
All you do is buy a container of egg beaters, pour it in a greased pan. ( I spray my pan with Pam cooking spray.) Next I throw in veggies, ( I used multicolor peppers in the
photo below) and bake at 375 for about 1/2 hour! That's it!! And it will last you you several leftovers :) I love to have this with a small side salad with a vinagerette dressing.

Cooking time depends on the pan you use & your location, so please check on your frittata ( yes thats the fancy name of this yummy creation) and check it every so often to make sure it's not burning.
I eat this for dinner and I'm stuffed after!

You can add a bag of spinach, shredded cheese, pitted olives..whatever you're currently craving =)

Two Moms in the Raw Review

Tonite I spotted these yummy looking crisps by Two Moms in the Raw at my local Fairway Supermarket. At almost $10 for a box, I hesitated to purchase them, but seeing as they only had 2 carbs per serving, I had to have them!
And Yes!! It was a good choice Thank God!! I hate when I buy something & it's disgusting & a total waste of money :(
But not these!!
Not only are they low carb but they are raw & healthy. Simply & deliciously made out of flaxseed, pine nuts & basil.
Once I got home, I spread some whipped soy  cream cheese on top, absolutely Delish! Another option is adding a sliver of avocado on top of of your spread ... TDF!!
I'm also going to try dipping them in salsa next.
I have to look online bc hopefully I'll be able to find these online for less, but either way, I'll definitely be buying more!






Why Yoga is the Fountain of Youth

Im sure you've heard many times about how yoga is so good for you. But why? What does it do? What are the benefits of yoga?
I started yoga and although I was bored to death at first, I have discovered the AMAZING benefits of yoga & Yes! It really is the fountain of youth! Let me tell you why...
Im not sure of the science behind this at this time, but, I can tell you yoga will make your skin seriously glow! It makes your eyes look amazingly awake and refreshed, under eye circles will diminish. I believe this is from all the upside down poses, such as downward facing dog, bringing blood flow to your face.
Next I discovered that yoga will give you the most unbelievable natural surge of energy..that lasts!
Doing the back bend poses fills you with the most incredible feelings..its is hard to explain but truly you will feel incredible! Like a happy carefree energetic child! & its lasts all day!
Lastly, to my surprise, my body is more toned and cellulite is disappearing. my arms & legs look toned and fit ..all from yoga!
I tried so many workouts, trainers, weight lifting, tortured myself and still had cellulite basically everywhere.
Now since yoga, I am so toned and cellulite free, I look like Im 17 yrs old again! seriously!
(after 17 I gained alot of weight)
You really lose weight with yoga, although people will say it doesnt burn calories, this is false. I recently wore my Polar calorie counter and burned around 250 calories in a half hour doing the yoga zone for weight loss video on hulu.com
It really helps to find a good yoga video or class. For so long, I found boring classes or videos.
Recently, I discovered yoga on hulu.com
I started doing the Colleen Saidman video on the Yoga with a View channel on hulu. LOVE it! There is also the Yoga Zone channel, which is also great! Hulu is only $7 a month and can be streamed thru your Wii to your tv, played on your iphone or Kindle, or watched online. So you can do it basically anywhere!
It is important to get started you should do yoga everyday, for 15 to 30 min for 10 days in a row..then you will be hooked & fully be able to enjoy all these benefits
Please give yoga a try and discover this all for yourself. You too will discover that yoga really is the fountain of youth!
