Easy Escarole & Beans Vegetable Recipes!! Yummy Italian Vegan Home Cooking!!

Hi Loves! Wanted to share this delicious and amazingly easy Italian Style Vegan Recipe thats helping me lose so much weight! Its also gluten free and a delicious vegetable recipes! Im so happy to be eating healthy food and hope you guys enjoy this quick and simple meal as much as I do!

This Escarole & Beans recipe makes a delicious easy vegetarian meal!

You can also begin by sautéing some fresh garlic in olive oil before adding the escarole, I didn't bc I have been feeling sensitive to garlic lately so I skipped that step.

You can also add whatever spices you like; topping with veggie parmesan cheese is yummy and healthy too =)

Make sure and thoroughly wash your escarole before you saute it and also only use the green leafy top & middle, the bottom has a grainy texture to it you probably won't like.

For this recipe you basically only need

olive oil

escarole

can of cannelloni beans

vegetable broth

and whatever seasonings you like, I used Goya Adobe & extra pepper

80's Dance Party!! 80s Womens Fashion!

Come join the fun at my 80's Dance Party!! If you love 80  dance and 80 dance moves, this video is for you!

I put together this easy 80 costume by wearing an 80s fashion style bodysuit, headband across my forehead and of course..scrunchy socks!! I didn't have any, so I improvised with mens knee high sport socks that I squished down to my ankles.

This video was requested for an audition I had. They wanted me to wear  1980s  fashion and show if I could dance 80s AND if I could dress like 80s women fashion...so thats the story behind it lol

Beale Street Blues, Performers & Amazing Grace Solo Acapella!! MEMPHIS!!!

Hi Loves! I had the best time in Memphis! The Memphis music was incredible on Beale Street!  

I heard this Blues Solo Acapella of Amazing Grace at BB Kings, had delicious food and stayed at Tn Hotel, The Peabody.

The Peabody is located close to Tn Downtown Beale Street so you are close to all the Memphis tourism fun! It was defintiely one my favorite hotels  ever and I can't wait to go back! 

IMO the Peabody is one of the best hotels in Memphis Tennessee!
